Royal Valley clung to a 14-12 lead at halftime on the road at Sabetha and outscored the Bluejays 8-0 in the second half for the win. Derrick Barger once again led Royal Valley posting 175 yards on 28 carries with 3 TDs, while Zack Lux had 105 yards on 16 carries and was 4-11 for 73 yards. 

Brock Frey led the Sabetha ground game with 102 yards on 12 carries, while Trae Synder had 14 carries for 65 yards and a TD. Brandon Poe finished 5-9 for 56 yards with a TD pass to Calder Keehn
