Wetmore Cardinals won the battle of the birds flying out to an early lead with a 12-5 1st quarter and 17-5 2nd quarter against Clifton-Clyde. Corrine Haverkamp led Wetmore with 17 points, while Dakota McQueen added 11 points and Keri Pfrang scored 10 points. Elizabeth Nobert posted 13 points to lead Clifton-Clyde.
