Tonganoxie Invitational -- consolation semifinals

Tonganoxie held the early lead behind a 14-2 1st quarter, but Atchison answered with a 11-6 2nd quarter to draw within seven at halftime. The Lady Red to creep closer with a 13-9 3rd quarter, trailing 29-26 after three quarter's of play but Tonganoxie held off Atchison for the ultimate win. Laurene Cushinberry led Atchison in the loss with 23 points and 12 rebounds.
