Valley Heights Mustangs worked out to a 20-13 lead after the 1st quarter and lead 28-21 at the half, but Clifton-Clyde made a bit of a comeback and the Mustangs had to hold on for a one-point win to remain unbeaten. Brandi Jo Roepke led the Mustangs with 16 points on the night, but went down with an injury during the contest. Sidney Blackburn and Kayla Smith each added double figures scoring 14 and 10 points. Clifton-Clyde in the loss was led by Elizabeth Nobert who scored 17 points, while Madison Hammond added 8 points.
