Nemaha Central used a 24-9 2nd quarter to give them a 32-17 lead at the half against Hiawatha and ultimately send the Thunder to the win. Cody Rottinghaus led the Thunder on the night with 17 points, while Nate Beck added 10 points and Devin Henry scored 9 points. Joseph Kunkel led Hiawatha in the loss with 14 points, while Conner Winters added 8 points.
