Sabetha Bluejays pounded the ball against Perry Lecompton and in a high scoring affair picked up the win over the Kaws. Brett Plattner finished with 18 carries 172 yards 2 TDs, while Kegan Schumann chipped in 149 yards on 24 carries and TD and Brandon Poe added 3 rushing scores.
The Kaws held the 24-21 lead at the half but could not make that hold up, despite Seth Surface going 30-46 for 320 yards 2 TDs, INT and had 8 carries for 124 yards and 2 TDs. Austin Kurtz had 20 carries for 52 yards and TD, while Cody Williams and Mitchell Bond both caught TD passes for the Kaws in the loss.
