Both teams scored on their opening drive of the game with JW getting a 50-yard touchdown pass from Brixton Schwinn to Crayton Holman while the Redhawks scored on a three yard run from Ethyn Grant.
The go-ahead touchdown early in the fourth quarter for the Tigers was on a broken play on fourth and goal where Holman picked up a fumble near the goal line and dove into the endzone.
Schwinn completed 16-of-22 passes for 228 yards and a touchdown. Holman had both JW TD's and finished with 10 receptions for 184 yards.
The Redhawks running game was led by Grant with 20 carries for 69 yards.
