A 21-6 first quarter was the big difference in the contest as Valley Heights worked out to the early big lead against Axtell and earned the win behind 30 points from Kayla Smith. Sam Vermetten added 18 points for Valley Heights, while Emma Toerber scored 10 points. Axtell was led by Olivia Kuckelman who netted 9 points.
