Hiawatha Invitational - 5th place

Atchison worked to early control with a 14-9 first quarter and then posted a 15-7 second quarter but Horton didn't go away getting back into the game with a 16-9 third quarter but the Chargers could not full overcome the early hole. Chesney Downing scored 13 points for Atchison, while Mattie Dougherty tallied 12 points and Kadejah Ross finished with 10 points. Horton was led by Zoe Bone and Kailea Smith who each scored 8 points.
