A 21-8 first quarter gave Valley Heights early control of the game against Blue Valley as they led 32-20 at the half and posted a 24-9 third quarter to secure the win. Sam Vermetten led the Mustangs with 24 points hitting 6-8 free throws, while Kayla Smith tallied 15 points going 9-10 from the charity stripe as the team was 21-28 from the line. Shea Manley added 9 points. Brooklyn Zoeller led Blue Valley netting 18 points, while Allie Cassel scored 9 points.
