With the win the Axtell Eagles clinched a playoff berth after beating Blue Valley. Eagles were up 24-0 after the 1st quarter and led 40-6 by halftime. Quinn Buessing was 11-21 for 144 yards with 2 TDs and ran for 88 yards on 8 carries with a TD. Michael Swanson had 4 carries for 48 yards with a TD and Hunter Koch caught 6 passes for 89 yards with 2 TDs and had a 65-yard kickoff return TD. Nate Buessing ran 6 times for 75 yards with a TD.
Blue Valley was led by Dylan Krause who was 12-18 for 85 yards with a TD. Lane Peter was 3-5 for 79 yards with TD and ran for 41 yards on 15 carries. Jeremiah Duncan caught both TD passes on 8 catches for 65 yards.
