Nemaha Central battled off Jeff West to earn the win on the road and move their Big Seven win streak to 19-straight. Jeff West appeared to draw the game within a TD and head into halftime that way but a TD with 5.5 seconds left in the first half made it 21-7 Thunder at intermission. Mitchell Henry had a pair of TD runs on 18 carries with 117 yards and tossed a 22-yard TD pass to Alec Suther finishing 12-15 for 158 yards, while Luke Reitz ran for an 11-yard TD and Matt Baumgartner caught a 33-yard TD from Dalton Schmelzle who was 3-9 for 64 yards. Camron Feldkamp caught 5 passes for 102 yards. Thunder defense picked off Jeff West four times in the win.
Caleb Middendorf ran for a TD for Jeff West, while Cade Ross tossed a 33-yard TD to Zeth Unruh.
