Atchison had their 17-game KCAL win streak snapped by KC Schlagle who was the last KCAL team to beat the Redmen back in 2013. Schlagle led 14-0 after the first quarter and finished the game with a 10-0 fourth quarter to get the shutout win over Atchison. Atchison was held to 164 yards total offense and had 2 INTs. Sercy Duncan ran for 43 yards on 11 carries, while Taye Helms added 42 yards on 10 carries.
