Axtell flew out to a 30-6 lead after just the first quarter and led 48-6 entering halftime going on to end the game with 5:07 left in the fourth quarter. Quinn Buessing was 9-13 for 135 yards with three TDs, while Michael Swanson ran for 155 yards on 6 carries with three TDs and caught a 46-yard TD. Hunter Koch added 61 yards on 5 receptions with two TDs and a rushing TD. Mitchell Buessing tossed a 33-yard TD to Clark Werner to finish the game. The Eagles defense held Southern Cloud to 182 yards total offense, while the Axtell offense compiled 426 total yards.
