The Kansas Volleyball Association have released their all-state selections for the 2024 with plenty of area athletes making the list this season.
1A-II: Hanover placed three on the first team with Drew Bruna, Katie Holle, and Anna Jueneman. Linn had Gretchen Bott named to the first team. Hanover had three more scattered with Gracie Bruna named to the second team while Ally Scheele and Trinity Schlabach named to the third team.
Hanover head coach Melissa Holle was named the 1A-II coach of the year.
1A-I: Centralia's Oen Deters and Clifton-Clyde's Sevy Wurtz were named to the first team. Clifton-Clyde posted two on the second team with Calyn Baker and Lillian Steinbrock. Centralia's Tatum Kramer was also named to the second team. Centralia added one more on the third team with Hayden Kramer.
1A:
2A: The highlight in 2A is Ava Smith of Valley Heights who was named the classification's player of the year while adding a first team selection. Rossville had Nora Burdiek named to the first team. Valley Heights had Mia Vermetten named to the second team while Katie Johnson of Doniphan West was also named to the second team. Valley Heights added one more on the third team with Anne Toerber.
3A: Nemaha Central's Cali Honeyman and Royal Valley's Samantha Klotz was named to the first team. Silver Lake's Ella Bolan and Nemaha Central's Hallie Holthaus were both named to the second team while Zoey Sudbeck of Nemaha Central was named to the third team.
4A: Holton's Tinley Wilson was named to the second team.
