The Kansas Volleyball Association have released their all-state all-tournament teams for the 2024 season with plenty of local players earning the honor this season.
Nemaha Central had three players in 3A while Royal Valley added one in the classification. The Thunder had Cali Honeyman, Hallie Holthaus, and Zoey Sudbeck. It was the second time for Honeyman to earn the honor while it was the first time for both Holthaus and Sudbeck.
Royal Valley's Samantha Klotz earned the nod this season for the first time in her career.
Nemaha Central finished runner-up in the classification while Royal Valley was unable to make it out of pool play in Hutchinson.
Valley Heights had two on the list in Class 2A with Ava Smith and Mia Vermetten both earning the honors for the first time while Doniphan West also got a first time honor for Katie Johnson.
Valley Heights finished runner-up in 2A losing to Maranatha in the championship match in Dodge City.
Centralia and Clifton-Clyde each added two in Class 1A-I with the Panthers having both Oen Deters and Hayden Kramer while the Eagles had both Lillian Steinbrock and Sevy Wurtz on the list. Deters earned the honor for the third time in her career.
Hanover domianted 1A-II as they won the state championship with four players on the list this season. Drew Bruna, Katie Holle, Anna Jueneman, and Ally Scheele with Jueneman earning it for the second time in her career.
Linn also made the 1A-II state tournament Gretchen Bott earned a spot on the all-state team for the first time in her career.
