Sabetha Bluejays fell yards short of continuing their season as they were stop on a 2-point conversion in overtime. Bluejays mounted a early 13-0 lead off 3 Rossville turnovers, but the Bulldogs fought back to tie the game.
Each team scored again before the end of regulation, forcing an overtime period, were Rossville scored on offense first, Bluejays then answered and went for two but came up short.
Sabetha saw plenty of great performances as McKennzi McAfee had 83 yards rushing and a TD, while Kegan Schuman topped that with 112 yards and TD. Quarterback, Gavin Schuman was 12-20 for 136 yards and TD throw to Taylor Bauman for 21 yards; Bauman grabbed six passes for 85 yards on the night.
