Atchison led 7-0 at the half but fell behind 12-7 after three quarter's of action and had to make another come from behind performance to gain another win and remain unbeaten, while winning the KCAL title with the win. The Redmen also overcame 5 turnovers (3 INTs & 2 fumbles) in the game to earn the 3-point win over KC Wyandotte on the road. Parker Welch had 121 yards on 25 carries with a TD, while Wykeen Gill notched 104 yards on 18 carries and had an INT on defense.
