Using a 14-7 1st quarter Axtell provided enough of a cushion to notch the win over Hanover, as they led 24-20 at the half. Courtney Heinen paced the Eagles with 17 points, while Kierston Talbot scored 16 points and Taylor Feldkamp added 10 points. Hanover was led by Shelby Bruna and Riley Doebele who both posted 11 points, while Morganne Zabokrtsky added 10 points.
