Troy Trojans took what looked like control of the game in the 2nd quarter after a back and forth 1st period, but Onaga stormed back and had an opportunity to win the game with the final shot but it came up short and Troy hit a pair of free throws to close the game out.
Troy was led by Tristan Speer who scored 15 points and hit three 3pters, while Jake Ross added 11 points and William Boeh scored 14 points. The Trojans were 7-11 from 3pt-land as a team.
Onaga in the loss was led by Wyatt Cordell who scored 14 points and Mitchell Duer who tallied 10 points.
