It was a thrilling affair in the boys matchup of Atchison and KC Washington as not to be out down by the girls game it to needed overtime to decide the winner. The Redmen used a 12-3 overtime period to earn the win as three Atchison players surpassed 20-point plateau: Jerel Rawls scored 23 points, Wykeen Gill tallied 22 points and Jerome Luster chipped in 21 points.

KC Washington was lead by JT Bennett who scored 33 points.
