The Cyclones continued to whirl past opponents blowing by the Buffalos as Onaga struggled to hold on to the ball in the competition with over 5 turnovers. Drew Hoffman lead the charge on the ground for Riverside with 112 yards rushing and 5 TDs, while Andrae McGaughy continued to orchestrate the offense at quarterback. McGaughy posted 158 yards on just five carries scoring twice, while he was 8-12 for 132 yards passing. Dalton Resler and Mason McCall each added a rushing TD, too. On the defensive side of the ball Zach Halter continued to be a force with 16 tackles and two forced fumbles, while McGaughy had a fumble recovery and INT.
For Onaga, Michael Bliss lead the way with 95 yards on 20 carries and TD, while Wyatt Cordell tossed a 21-yard TD pass to Mitchell Duer for the other score.
