The beginning portions of this game was big for the Bluejays to get the league win to start the season.
The Bluejays jumped out to a 14-0 halftime lead and then made the score 21-0 to start the third quarter on a 60-yard halfback pass from Colin Menold to Charlie Lukert.
Holton was able to get some things going in the second half on offense but it was a little bit too late.
Will Voos led the Sabetha rushing attack with 21 carries for 106 yards and two touchdowns.
Sabetha had four penalties and finished the game with 174 rushing yards and 93 passing yards.
Alec Frazier scored the first touchdown in the second half for Holton as he finished with 12 carries for 70 yards while Andrew Shupe added a 28-yard touchdown late in the game.
