Axtell led 34-0 at halftime and never looked back in their win over Frankfort which improved the win streak to 33 games which is the longest current streak in the state. The Eagles finished with a balanced night on offense with 144 rushing yards and 178 passing yards.
The Eagles defense held Frankfort to 63 total yards as the Wildcats were 2-for-10 on third down conversions and 0-for-7 on fourth down conversions. Eagles are TVL Champs and will look to lock up the district title in the regular season finale at home against Doniphan West.
