Axtell ran its winning streak to 32 games with another halftime mercy rule win over Hanover in week six. The Eagles scored 24 points in the first quarter and added 32 points in the second quarter. Axtell finished the game with over 300 yards of offense while Hanover finished with less than 60 yards of offense. Brandon Schmelzle completed 7 of 8 passes for over 100 yards and four touchdowns. Grady Buessing and Eli Broxterman each caught two scores.
