Axtell finished another game off early as they have now won 31 games in a row. They scored 46 points in the first quarter and added 22 points in the second quarter to mercy rule the Rams.
In the two quarters of play, Axtell finished with 235 passing yards and 93 rushing yards. Blue Valley finished the game with just 72 yards of offense.
Eagles quarterback Brandon Schmelzle finished 10 of 11 passing for 213 yards and five touchdowns. Grady Buessing caught two and then one each for Eli Broxterman, Landon Schmitz, and Rilyn Buessing.
The Eagles defense also forced the Rams into throwing three interceptions.
