Lady Mustangs ran out to an early lead and control of the game, leading 28-8 at the half over Troy. Kassidy Blevins paced Doniphan West with 13 points, Abbi Ellis also scored double figures with 12 points and Scotti Twombly chipped in 9 points. For the Lady Trojans, Paige Fenley lead they way with 7 points.
