Area teams competing at Wamego Country Club on Friday (4/19) included Sabetha, Marysville, and Perry-Lecompton. Other teams in the 12-team field included future Big East league members Rossville and St. Marys. 

Wamego won the tournament with a team score of 308. Sabetha finished in second place with a score of 333. Clay Center (349), Concordia (352), and Marysville (352) rounded out the top five. 

The Bluejays posted two scores inside the top 10 with Roman Scoby fourth place with a 77 while Dalton Rokey finished 10th with an 81. Wamego's Cash Foltz won the tournament with a round of 73. 

Marysville was led by Eli Sedlaeck who finished top 15 with an 82 while Perry-Lecompton was led by Hudson Rogers who finished top 50 with a 99.
