We have some movement in the newest Kansas Volleyball Association Rankings after there was none last week. The KVA also has recognized the adjustments of the latest KSHSAA reclassifications.

Nemaha Central stays at number three in Class 3A with a 26-3 overall record and a perfect 10-0 Big 7 record entering a home triangular this Tuesday.

Pleasant Ridge and Valley Heights have flip-flopped spots with the Rams taking over number seven in the Class 2A rankings with the Mustangs sliding to eight. Jefferson County North is back in the rankings, also, at number ten after winning a tournament at Riverside on Saturday.

Centralia drops a spot in the latest 1A-DI rankings to number six. The Panthers head to Axtell for a triangular that will be broadcasted on 103.9 FM KNZA at 5 p.m. Centralia enters the tri with a 6-4 record in the Twin Valley League and an overall record of 20-10.

The team that’s currently atop the TVL is Hanover, and they remain second in the 1A-DII rankings. The Wildcats are a perfect 10-0 in league play and 23-5 entering a double-dual at home against Onaga on Tuesday.
