K-Preps have released their latest rankings after week four matchups as we're officially halfway through the regular season. 

Axtell remains the top ranked team in 8M-II as they ran their winning streak to 30 after a 56-6 win over Linn. Brandon Schmelzle continued his strong season for the Eagles as he compiled four touchdowns against Linn. 

Centralia and Jefferson County North hold true at #2 and #3 respectively in Class 1A. The Panthers improved to 4-0 with a win over Troy to claim the TVL title for 2023. The Chargers improved to 4-0 with a big win over McLouth. 

No change with the top two teams in Class 2A with defending champs Nemaha Central at #1 and Sabetha at #2. 

The Thunder currently have the best scoring defense in the state as they've allowed only six points all season and have posted three consecutive shutouts. 

Sabetha went on the road and improved to 4-0 with a 28-6 win at Minneapolis while rushing for nearly 320 yards in the game.
