Nemaha Central head volleyball coach Jessica Koch hit milestone win #700 in her career Tuesday night at Hiawatha. 

The Thunder defeated the Redhawks in both matches 25-21, 25-17 & 25-15, 17-25, 25-21 which gave Koch wins 700 and 701. 

"I think those wins represent the many blessings I have had in my life," said Koch after the pair of wins at Hiawatha. "This includes assistant coaches, athletes, administration, managers, fans, and community members." 

The career record for Koch is 701-177. The Thunder are off to a 9-1 (3-0 Big 7) start this season. 

"It takes a village, and I consider myself very lucky to have all of those people in my life."
