The ACCHS girls basketball team are the Northeast Kansas League Champions for the 2022-2023 season. 

The Tigers snapped the run of Jackson Heights who had won the previous three League Championships. 

The Tigers are undefeated in league play at 14-0 and have a three game lead on Jackson Heights with just two games remaining on the NEKL schedule. 

ACCHS is 17-1 overall and the #5 ranked team in Class 3A in the latest KBCA rankings. They will close out the regular season this week with games at Jefferson County North and at home against Pleasant Ridge. 

The Tigers will be in one of the toughest 3A Sub-States next week as 4th ranked Nemaha Central is also in the Marysville Sub-State along with Minneapolis, Sabetha, Riley County and Hiawatha who all have 11+ wins this season.
