It was a great Saturday for the Holton girls wrestling team as they won the Silver Lake Tournament which had over 25 teams in attendance. 

Sadie Gross led the Wildcats as she finished in first place at 120. They got a runner-up finish from Marissa Ware at 140 plus third place finishes from Lexie Larson at 110, Tiah Gross at 125 and Karoline Tannahill at 235. 

The top five team scores were Holton, Rock Creek, Salina South, Marysville and Silver Lake. Jefferson West finished seventh, Oskaloosa ninth, Royal Valley 13th, ACCHS 15th, and Riverside 22nd. 

Oskaloosa posted two first place finishes with Holly Thacher at 105 and Allison King at 155. Marysville also had two first place finishes from Jenica Hubbard at 125 and Ella Johnson at 145. ACCHS also added a top finish from Hannah Simmers at 170.
