The Jefferson West girls wrestling team finished in third place this past weekend at the Council Grove Invitational. 

The Tigers finished behind Santa Fe Trail and Silver Lake. Rock Creek and Lyons rounded out the top five team scores. 

Jefferson West had a second place finish from Sophie Waters at 120 and third place finishes from Mya Vetsch at 130 and Lucy Henderson at 155. 

ACCHS also took part in this tournament and they finished in seventh place out of 11 teams total. 

ACCHS was led by Hannah Simmers who continues her strong season as she won her weight class improving to 16-2.
