The high school football season continues to see changes as week one approaches and now the Jackson Heights football team is on a 14-day quarantine due to a player testing positive for COVID-19.
Because of the football team being forced to quarantine for 14 days, the Cobras have been forced to reschedule their first two games of the season.
This comes after Royal Valley suffered the same situation last week forcing the Panthers to move their first two football games of the season.
Jackson Heights was scheduled to play Oskaloosa in week one but that has been tentatively rescheduled for October 19, while their week two game against Horton has yet to have been rescheduled.
Check back for more developments as we receive them.
