With a roster packed solely full of freshman outside of one sophomore the Scotties cruised to an easy win and a great all around performance in their first game of the season winning 97-47 over Doane College JV.

Highland took control of the game in the first have and didn't look back posting 51 in the first half to lead 51-23 at the half. The Scotties dominated the game in every aspect of the game winning the battle of the boards 47-25, while shooting a stellar 53.9% from the floor as a team.
