Sub-District volleyball action started Monday night across Nebraska.

Locally, in Class C1-Sub-District 1 Falls City and Auburn advanced to the Sub-District Final Tuesday night.  Falls City defeated Wilber-Clatonia in the semi's in three games and auburn beat Fairbury three straight. The Tuesday night winner will play Ashland-Greenwood in the District Final Friday night.  

In  Class C-2 Sub-District 1 action Elmwood-Murdock will take on undefeated and top ranked Freeman int the Tuesday night final.  HTRS defeated Weeping Water three games to one Monday nigth then lost to top seed Freeman three games to one.

Diller-Odell has advanced to the District Championship in D1 with a three game sweep of Pawnee City Monday night.  The Griffins defeated sTerling in three straight in the semi-final while Pawnee  City knocked out Lourdes Central Catholic in three games.  Thursday night the Griffins will play the winner of the Tuesday night, Friend vs. B-D-S Sub-District final.

In Class D2, Sub-District 1, top seed Johnson-Brock beat Lewiston in three games to advance to the Tuesday night final against Falls City Sacred Heart.  The Irish are seeded second. They beat College View Academy Monday night in three straight games.

The Johnson-Brock,  Sacred Heart winner will advance to the District Final Thursday night against Exeter-Milligan.
