Northeast Kansas League Legion Baseball Tournament (starts Saturday June 7th) -- full bracket

Looking to move back to .500 on the season Sabetha hosted Wymore (Neb.) in Legion baseball action on Thursday night and it was Wymore getting the 12-8.

Wymore took advantage of nine hits, seven walks five hit batsmen and three Sabetha errors to plate thier 12 runs of which only 5 were earned.  Sabetha had their opportunties throughout the contest as they left the bases loaded in the fourth, fifth and seventh innings, while stranding 13 runners overall in the contest.  Between both teams the game featured 14 walks and seven hit batsmen.
 
Sabetha's offense in the loss was led by Keegan Schumann who had a pair of hits, while McKenzie McAfee had three RBI's. With the loss Sabetha Post 126 falls to 4-6 on the season and will be action next on Saturday as they host the Northeast Kansas League tournament.
