(AP) - Doug McDermott scored 33 points, and Creighton built a big lead quickly and ran off to an 82-67 victory over Nebraska on Sunday.

Ethan Wragge added 16 points and nine rebounds, and Jahenns Manigat had 10 points for the Bluejays (7-2), who unveiled gray uniforms for the annual meeting with their in-state rival from 50 miles away in Lincoln.

The Huskers, who donned black uniforms with red trim, got 22 points from Shavon Shields. Terran Petteway had 17 of his 21 points in the second half for Nebraska (6-3).

Creighton has won 12 of 16 meetings with the Cornhuskers since 1999 but still trails 25-22 in the series that dates to 1923.

The Bluejays won by double digits for the third straight year. This one got out of hand early in front of the pro-Bluejays crowd of 17,530 at CenturyLink Center.
