Auburn High School senior Hannah Brown completed a terrific high school golf career winning the Class C championship Tuesday at Quail Run Golf Course in Columbus.

Hannah shot an 8-over par 80 on Tuesday to easily outdistance Doniphan-Trumbull sophomore Brandi Lemek who had 90. The tournament was cut to one day due to the weather, which washed out the first day of competition on Monday.

As a junior Hannah Brown finished tied for 11th at state with a total of 190. As a sophomore she finished in the top 25 with a two-day total of 193.

Johnson County Central senior Michaela Pooch shot a round of 107 Tuesday placing her in the top 50.
