Axtell flew out to a 22-8 lead in the first quarter and used a 30-0 second quarter to take dominate control in the contest leading 52-8 at halftime on their way to the win. Both Southern Cloud and Axtell had four turnovers in the contest. Eagles had Hunter Koch go 4-9 for 117 yards TD, while rushing for 2 TDs and catching 3 passes for 74 yards and 2 TDs. Quinn Buessing finished 5-16 for 130 yards with 4 TDs (INT) and TD run, while Michael Swanson caught 5 passes for 154 yards 3 TDs. Burke Deters added a 65-yard kickoff return touchdown.
