Valley Heights took control early with a 6-plus minute drive on the first possession of the game that saw Hunter Stevenson score his first of three rushing TDs. Valley Heights led 20-0 at halftime over Doniphan West holding D-West to 48-yards in the first half. Doniphan West did finish with a little of 200 yards of total offense with Carson Lackey leading the way in the loss with 67 yards on 14 carries with a TD and one reception for 20 yards.
Stevenson led Valley Heights with 173 yards on 18 carries with 3 TDs, while Logan Woodyard was 5-6 for 105 yards and 2 TDs tossing passes of 34 and 42-yards for scores to Harrison Blaske and Jeremy Reed.
