Up 18-10 after the first quarter Horton led 31-22 at the half and went on to top Pleasant Ridge. Daspin Bruning led Horton with 20 points, while Maryanna Randall scored 17 points and Kaitlyn McAfee scored 10 points. Lindsey Heim and Julie Miller led Pleasant Ridge with 18 points.
