A 13-4 sceond quarter led to a 28-13 lead at the half for Valley Heights and the Mustangs used a 23-34 night from the free throw line to secure the win over Linn. Cameron Beardsley led Valley Heights with 18 points (9-10 FTs), while Tyler Wagner scored 11 points and Jeremy Reed chipped in 10 points. In the loss Evan Bott tallied 15 points to lead Linn and Tanner Spence scored 11 points.
