Using a 19-9 second quarter Centralia went into halftime up 38-20 over Axtell but the Eagles fought back with a 21-14 fourth quarter but ultimately could not overcome the early defict. Centralia was led Daegan Steinlage who had 31 points and 10 rebounds, while Kamble Haverkamp scored 16 points. 

Axtell in the loss was 19-32 from the free throw line as Quinn Buessing led the way with 27 points going 7-10 from the line, while Hunter Koch scored 17 points going 6-10 from the charity stripe.
