Sabetha flew out to a 28-0 lead after just the 1st quarter over Hiawatha and the Bluejays posted a 29-6 2nd quarter to cruise to the win. Multiple guys visited the endzone for Sabetha as Gabe Garber ran for 91 yards on 8 carries with 2 TDs, Joel Hackney added 59 yards on 3 carries with a TD and Mason Engelken ran for 52 yards on 5 carries with a TD. Andrew Frazee chipped in 61 yards on 7 carries with a TD, while Wyatt Beyer scored 2 TDs on 5 carries for 50 yards and Joe Gruber ran for 45 yards on 4 carries with a TD. Brandon Brownlee added a rushing TD and Riley Hermann scored on a fumble recovery TD.
Hiawatha in the loss totaled 191 yards of total offense and had 4 turnovers. Tyler Brockhoff was 16-33 for 135 yards with a TD (2 INTs). Michael Moreno caught 10 passes for 79 yards with a TD.
