Perry Lecompton took early control against Riverside leading 21-8 after the first quarter and went into halftime up 35-14. Dalton Kellum was 6-10 for 71 yards with a TD for the Kaws and ran for 165 yards on 21 carries with 4 TDs. Tyler Erickson added 133 yards on 26 carries with a TD and William Welch also ran for a score. Shane Quinlan caught 24-yard TD pass from Kellum.
Riverside had three fumbles in the contest and was but Andrew Miller was 3-7 for 104 yards with 2 TDs tossing a 74-yard TD to Bradley Libel and 29-yard TD to Beau Horn. Dawson Dick ran for 54 yards on 21 carries.
