Class 1A-DII Axtell Sub-State - Championship

Axtell boys led 9-2 after the first quarter and was up 18-11 at the half over Wetmore and used that lead to earn the win and head to State for the third time in last five years and eighth time overall. Quinn Buessing led Axtell with 18 points hitting 8-8 from the free throw line, while Ethan Osterhuas led Wetmore with 16 points.
