Class 4A-DII Jeff West Sub-State - Championships
Jeff West earned the win over Big Seven foe Holton to earn their third trip to the State tournament. The Tigers led 20-11 after the first quarter but a 14-6 second quarter by Holton made it a tight contest entering halftime as Jeff West led just 26-25. Tied after three quarters Jeff West closed the game with a 20-12 fourth quarter to earn the win. Alyssa Garza led Jeff West with 18 points, while Mariah Murdie scored 12 points, Aaliyah Negonsott netted 11 poits and Tayler Metzger chipped in 9 points. Holton was led by Shay Tanking who scored 22 points, while Lauryn Moore added 9 points.
