Axtell led 31-24 at half over Valley Heights but the Mustangs put up an 18-9 third quarter to take the lead and ultimately grab the win. Kayla Smith led Valley Heights with 29 points, while Sam Vermetten scored 16 points. Emily Ronnebuam led Axtell with 16 points, while Maddy Kuckelman scored 13 points and Anna Buessing netted 9 points.
